First-Time Freshman
Are you a traditional first-time freshman?
- If you graduated from high school in 2016 or 2017 and you have not attended another college or university after graduation, you are a traditional first-time freshman.
- If you were a dual enrollment student or early admission student during high school and graduated in 2016 or 2017, you are still a traditional first-time freshman.

 
If you are a traditional, first-time freshman (20 years old or younger), you will be advised and register your classes at freshman orientation.

Are you a nontraditional first-time freshman?

- If you graduated from high school before 2015 and have not attended another college or university, you are a nontraditional first-time freshman.
- If you were a dual enrollment student or early admission student during high school, before 2015, you are still a nontraditional first-time freshman.
If you are a nontraditional first-time freshman (21 years old or older), please click on the link below to schedule your advising appointment. You will attend Orientation after you meet with your advisor.
