WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

The MSU Project for the Treatment of Problem Gambling is dedicated to the provision of outcome-based psychosocial and behavioral treatment for individuals in Southwestern Louisiana parishes (Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jeff Davis parishes) with gambling problems.

The Project is associated with the Department of Psychology at McNeese State University in Farrar Hall on the MSU campus. Our counselors are specifically trained in the treatment of problem gambling.

The Project has successfully treated a large number of problem gamblers.

The Project provides professional and confidential treatment services to those with gambling problems - free of charge.

If gambling is affecting your life and you are thinking about a change, you’ve already taken the first step!

The Project is neither for nor against gambling.
