Since you are a graduate student, we must verify that you will be in an eligible graduate degree program and enrolling with the number of graduate level hours required to be eligible for graduate level loan limits.

Graduate loan limits apply only when the student has been admitted as a degree candidate in an eligible graduate program and has begun to take enough courses to qualify as at a least half-time student (6 credit hours) on the graduate level.

Please read the following statements and check the box that applies to your situation. I will enroll with at least six credit hours of graduate level loan courses for the 2012-13 academic year. I will remain enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) throughout the entire semester and/or academic year. I understand that I may be required to repay any amount awarded to me if I do not remain officially enrolled in the required number of graduate level hours.

I will enroll with at least six credit hours of undergraduate level loan courses for the 2012-13 academic year. If enrolled in a certification program, it must be an eligible degree or certificate program (please check with our office for further explanation). An eligible student can only receive student loans at undergraduate aggregate and annual loan limits. NOTE: This is not intended to cover optional courses that the student elects to take for professional recognition or advancement, nor does it cover courses that the school recommends but that are not required for teacher certification or dietetic certification.
