This is the McNeese State University Organizational Chart, updated July 29, 2011. It is a graphical representation of how authority and responsibility is distributed within McNeese State University. The top level of the university’s organizational chart is the Office of the President. The second level is made up of five divisions: Office of Academic & Student Affairs, Office of Business Affairs, Office of University Advancement, Office of Information Technology, and Division of Athletics. These divisions are headed by three Vice Presidents, one Chief Information Technology Officer, and one Athletics Director.

The Office of the President, headed by President Dr. Philip Williams, is comprised of five additional offices: Office of Internal Audit (headed by Internal Auditor Victoria Roach), Office of Equal Opportunity (headed by Chief Diversity Officer Dr. Michael Snowden), University Events (headed by Director Sarah Hogan), University Marketing & Licensing (headed by Director Virginia Karg), and Public Relations (headed by Director Candace Townsend.) In addition, Faculty Athletic Representative Dr. Michael Soileau reports to the Office of the President.

The Office of Academic & Student Affairs, headed by Provost & Vice President Dr. Jeanne Daboval, is comprised of six colleges, the graduate school, the library, five academic support offices and a subdivision of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs: College of Business (headed by Dean Dr. Banamber Mishra, Interim), College of Liberal Arts (headed by Dean Dr. Ray Miles), Burton College of Education (headed by Dean Dr. Wayne Fetter), College of Nursing (headed by Dean Dr. Peggy Wolfe), College of Engineering & Engineering Technology (headed by Dean Dr. Nikos Kiritsis), College of Science (headed by Dean Dr. George Mead), William J. Dore’ School of Graduate Studies (headed by Dean Dr. George Mead, Acting), and Lether E. Frazar Memorial Library (headed by Director Debbie Johnson-Houston). The academic support offices are as follows: Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Academic Support (headed by Director Dr. Thomas Dvorske), Office of Institutional Research (headed by Director Kay Dougay), Quality Enhancement Plan (headed by QEP Administrator Dr. Thomas Dvorske), Electronic Learning (headed by Director Dr. Helen Ware), and Office of Research & Governmental Relations  (headed by Executive Director Janet Woolman). In addition, the Executive Director of Research & Governmental Relations indirectly reports to the Office of the President. The subdivision of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs, headed by Associate Vice President Dr. Toby Osburn, is comprised of five offices: University Police & Information Center (headed by Director Cinnamon Salvador), Enrollment Management (headed by Dean Stephanie Tarver), Career Services Center (headed by Director Kathryn Bond), Services for Students with Disabilities (headed by Director Tim Delaney), and Student Services (headed by Dean Dr. Toby Osburn, Acting). In addition, Enrollment Management is comprised of seven offices: Office of Registrar (headed by Registrar April Millet), Office of Admissions & Recruiting (headed by Director Kara Smith), Office of Scholarships & Testing (headed by Director Ralynn Castete), General & Basic Studies (headed by Director Alison Blevins), Community Services & Outreach (headed by Director Betty Anderson), Office of Financial Aid (headed by Director Taina Savoit), and Upward Bound (headed by Project Director Stella Miller). In addition, the Office of Student Services is comprised of five areas: Student Center (headed by Associate Dean Dr. Chris Thomas, and includes a vacant Assistant Dean of Student Services), Health Services (headed by Assistant Dean Anne Fournet), Housing & Residence Life, Dining & Catering Services, and the Governor’s Program.

The Office of Business Affairs, headed by Vice President Mr. Eddie Meche, includes a Budget Officer and is comprised of seven offices: Budget Officer Georgina Heuring, Office of Administrative Accounting (headed by Comptroller Mona White), Office of Purchasing (headed by Director Pam Watkins), Office of Human Resources (headed by Director Charlene Abbott), Office of Student Employment (headed by Administrator Derek Fontenot), Burton Coliseum (headed by General Manager Jared LeBlue), University Bookstore (headed by Manager Sharamie Moore, Interim), and Office of Facilities & Plant Operations (headed by Director Richard Rhoden). In addition, the Office of Facilities & Plant Operations is comprised of four areas: Facilities & Plant Operations (headed by Project Coordinator Kevin Martin), Maintenance/Custodial Services (headed by Manager Robert Prejean), Environmental Health, Safety, and Hazardous Waste (headed by Officer Michael Rodrigue), and Grounds (headed by Superintendent Wilbert Kelly).

The Office of University Advancement, headed by Vice President Mr. Richard Reid, is comprised of five offices: Alumni (headed by Director Joyce Patterson), Office of University Advancement Operations & Special Events (headed by Director Melissa Northcutt), Office of Planned Giving & Donor Research (headed by Coordinator Marianne White), Athletic Development (headed by Coordinator Pam McGough), and Banners Cultural Series (headed by Director Mary Richardson). In addition, the Coordinator of Athletic Development indirectly reports to the Division of Athletics.

The Office of Information Technology, headed by Chief Information Technology Officer Mr. Chad Thibodeaux, is comprised of two offices: University Computing Services (headed by Director Stanley Hippler), and TASC Operations (headed by Coordinator Robert McLean).

The Division of Athletics, headed by Athletic Director Mr. Thomas McClelland, is comprised of three Associate Athletic Directors , Men’s Sports and Women’s Sports: Senior Associate Athletics Director/Director of Sports Information/Public Relations Louis Bonnette, Jr., Associate Athletics Director/ Senior Women Administrator & Compliance Coordinator Bridget Martin who is also over Women’s Sports, and Associate Athletic Director Ryan Ivey. In addition, the Compliance Coordinator Bridget Martin indirectly reports to the Office of the President.
