Welcome to Com-STEM
 

bullet Com-STEM stands for Community-Based Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education Initiative. It is a National Science Foundation sponsored program inaugurated in September 2005.
 
bullet Com-STEM is a creative and original partnership between McNeese State University (Lake Charles, LA), Louisiana State University at Eunice (Eunice, LA), and Lamar State College - Orange (Orange, TX).

Why was Com-STEM established?

bullet Com-STEM was established in order to increase the number of students graduating with associate and bachelor degrees as well as the number of students transferring from two to four-year institutions in the STEM disciplines.

How is Com-STEM administered?
