A number of scholarships for students who transfer to McNeese State University through the Com-STEM program are available each semester. The Transfer Student Scholarship is an one time award of $500 to qualified students from Louisiana State University at Eunice and Lamar State College - Orange who transfer to MSU and pursue baccalaureate degrees in STEM disciplines. 

To apply for the Transfer Student Scholarship you must:

1. Complete a MSU admission application and be accepted for transfer into a STEM Discipline.
2. Complete a scholarship application for transfer students and mail it to Com-STEM.
3. Mail your college transcripts to Com-STEM.
4. Currently have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
5. Enroll into the MSU Academic Engagement Program After transfer and register for a minimum of 12 credit hours.
