Louisiana State University at Eunice
The
Com-STEM program at LSUE partially supports the
following activities. With financial support from
Com-STEM, LSUE is able to provide additional
tutors, supplemental instructors and
investigational activities directed exclusively
to students who pursue STEM disciplines. For more

LSUE Tutorial Program
LSUE provides free tutoring programs for most
science and mathematics courses, as well as core
academic areas such as English. Tutors are
available at convenient times to your academic
schedule.

LSUE Supplemental Instructors (SI) Program
SI Students in selected science and mathematics
courses provide out-of-class problem sessions to
enhance student learning.
LSUE Undergraduate Research Summer Institute
With support from the LSUE Foundation, the
Undergraduate Research Summer Institute (URSI)
provides an opportunity for LSUE faculty/student
teams to carry out investigational activities which
will enrich the experience for the talented
undergraduate, while also providing LSUE faculty
with a professional development opportunity on a
discipline-specific topic of interest to them.
Transfer Opportunity
As part of the
Com-STEM program, LSUE students have the opportunity
to continue their education and pursue baccalaureate
degrees in any of the STEM disciplines at McNeese
