from Louisiana State University at Eunice and Dr.
Phil Senter from Lamar State College - Orange.
McNeese State University Faculty Leadership Team
One member of the faculty responsible of each of the
degree programs serviced by Com-STEM has been
designated as the Faculty Leader for his or her
discipline. This person is responsible for serving
as the link between Com-STEM program management and
the faculty serving each degree program. The
Faculty Leaders coordinate Com-STEM activities
within their respective units and facilitate plans
for the Early Identification and Early Intervention
initiative of Co-STEM.

Advisory Committee
The Com-STEM
External Advisory Committee is composed of
individuals from nearby institutions. It was
establish in order to provide an outsider’s insight
and suggestions regarding the operation and
effectiveness of Com-STEM. The committee members
convene on the McNeese campus once each year to
review progress and comment on reports and other
materials received from the program management. Its
members were selected because of their success in
managing and operating departments and programs in
which increasing the number of graduates was an
objective.
The Com-STEM External Advisory Committee includes
