McNeese Non-Traditional Student Scholarship

McNeese recognizes the importance of our non-traditional student population. A Non-Traditional Student Academic Scholarship may be available for you. The Non-traditional Student Academic Scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis to qualified part-time and full-time non-traditional students who remain in good standing. Academic scholarships may be used to pay for educational expenses and range from $200 to $700 per semester. Students may apply for academic scholarships by completing the Academic Scholarship Application.

When completing the Academic Scholarship Application, please be sure to indicate that you are participating in the CALL Program

GO Grant

Louisiana's Need Based Student Financial Assistance Program

The Louisiana Go Grant is a need-based financial aid program aimed at making college more affordable for students from moderate- and low-income families. Louisiana resident students who are eligible for and receive the federal Pell Grant may also be eligible for a Go Grant. The grant helps cover the difference between the actual cost of attending a public or private college in Louisiana and the amount of a student's Pell Grant award.

The Go Grant award for full-time students is $2,000 per academic year. Eligible part-time students may receive up to $1,000 per year.
