Criminal Justice CALL Program

Criminal Justice Degree Plan

The Criminal Justice program at McNeese prepares graduates for careers in all aspects of Criminal Justice. This includes law enforcement, probation and parole, corrections, and other occupations. The program includes 122 hours of college credit as described in the catalog.

The CALL program condenses designated classes into a shorter format without affecting the content or quality of the course. The purpose of CALL is to allow adult learners the opportunity to finish the degree program in less time than the traditional four years. By presenting classes in about half the normal time, students may be able to take a full class load each semester while still working and handling family matters. By taking one or two classes at a time online, you can manage your time and get more accomplished than if you were required to come to campus several times a week on a fixed schedule.

It is important to note that the shorter classes do not jeopardize the integrity of the instruction. The shorter time means that the student must be able to manage his or her time well enough to keep up with the accelerated pace.
