Severe Behavior Clinic

Children can sometimes develop behavior problems for a variety of reasons including difficulties with communications skills, social skill deficits, or other difficulties related to development. The Severe Behavior Clinic begins with a functional assessment to determine the environmental factors that maintain the behavior problem. Following assessment a specific behavior intervention plan is developed to help the child learn new behaviors to replace the problem behavior and to unlearn the problem behavior itself.
