The Big Event

The Big Event

 The Big Event this year will be held on April 20, 2013 across the nation. Students, faculty, and staff should arrive at 8 am in Lot A which is the football stadium parking lot. There will be free breakfast food provided. Volunteers will be given all the information on what jobs they will be doing and will be distributed tools if necessary before everyone breaks out to their different community service projects around the community.

Here are some important dates to remember:

Job Request Forms available  January 29 - March 22
All Job Request forms must be turned in no later than 4 pm on March 22th.

Volunteer Sign-ups will begin February 20 - March 22
** You can sign up in groups or individually and be grouped together by the Big Event Staff.
This is a great way for organizations to get community service points and also meet people within the community.
