What is Blackboard?

Blackboard is an online learning system that University faculty can use to deliver all or part of a regularly scheduled University course.  In Blackboard, you can find information about your course, including announcements, course documents, syllabus, presentations, or links to other websites.  Communications tools are also available to students including email, discussion board, and live chat facility.  Because it is web-based, it can be accessed from anywhere.
