Training sessions for faculty will be held next week. Those faculty members new to Blackboard should email hware@mcneese.edu concerning a user ID and password prior to training. Instructors should have a document saved on a floppy or USB flash drive that is ready to load into a course during the training. |
| Blackboard Basics will be conducted from 10-12 on Thursday, Feb. 1 and 2-4 on Friday, Feb. 2 in BBC 206. Basics will include logging in to classes, making courses available or unavailable, entering students who login requests during late registration, making changes to rosters, adding documents, etc. |
| An Intermediate Session will be conducted from 2-4 on Thursday, Feb. 1 in BBC 206. The Intermediate session will include information in online testing, using the gradebook, the assignments manager, using the discussion board, creating groups, and archiving courses. |
