All Requirements Listed Below Must be Met:
Regents’ High School Core 4 Curriculum
Minimum high school overall GPA of 2.35 on a 4.0 scale
Readiness for college-level English
Readiness for college-level math
  • One of the Following:
    • Minimum high school core GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
    • Minimum ACT composite score of 20, SAT total score of 1020 (New – 2016 and later), or SAT combined mathematics and critical reading score of 940 (Old – prior to 2016)


*Note: Applicants demonstrating readiness for either college-level English or math may be admitted if they are eligible to enroll in the co-requisite English course (ACT English 16-17, SAT critical reading 410-440 [Old- Prior to 2016], SAT writing and language 23-24 [New- 2016 and later], Compass writing 61-69, ACCUPLACER sentence skills 65-85) or the co-requisite math course (ACT math 18, SAT math 430-450 [Old- Prior to 2016], SAT math 470-490 [New- 2016 and later], Compass algebra 38-39 and ACCUPLACER elementary algebra 55-64).
