The mission of the Division of Administration and Student Affairs is to create a campus culture
that promotes the academic, emotional, physical, and social development of students within a
safe and secure educational context. The departments of Burton Coliseum, Career Services,
Financial Aid, Student Services, Student Union and Recreational Sports, University Bookstore,
and University Police collaborate with all divisions of the University and with the broader
Southwest Louisiana region to assist students in successfully navigating the collegiate
environment and developing their full potential to become productive members of the
community.
